Softball Team Out Slugs Triton but Falls Short 8-7

Taesha Senders, Mya Thornton, and Savannah Urbanski cracked two hits in a 8 – 7 NSC varsity softball loss to Class 1A, No.10-ranked Triton. The Lancers had the tying run on second in the bottom of the seventh, but couldn’t score.  Celeste Feitz walked four and struck out three for the loss in the circle.

Baseball gets on top of Triton early but can’t hang on in 6-4 loss

LaVille Lancers Varsity jumped out to an early lead, but was unable to hold on and lost 6-4 to Triton on Monday. Ryan Bettcher had two extra-base hits for LaVille. Simmons & Leed Victorious at New Prairie

Lancer SB Drops 12-7 NSC Opener To Glenn

  Kendra Borton reached base three times and scored two runs, but it wasn’t enough in a 12 – 7 Northern State Conference opening game loss to John Glenn.  Kamryn Gorka, Alex Hamilton, Lindsey Aschenbrenner and Mara Medors all had hits, including a double for Hamilton as the Lancers rallied for a brief 5-4 lead
