Girls Varsity Basketball · NATALIE GONZALEZ: “Always Try Your Best And Never Give Up”

LAKEVILLE, IN. – Senior Natalie Gonzalez plays volleyball, plays basketball, and runs track at LaVille High School.  Gonzalez is the next in our Winter Senior Athletic Profile Series.

We continue to select a senior from each winter sport season to highlight and learn a little more about each one of them.

Gonzalez says that, “Being a student-athlete helps you meet new people and you make new friends and memories that you will never forget.”

Gonzalez is a three-sport student-athlete that manages her time for homework multiple ways.

“I manage my time by getting my homework done the night before or working on it while I have free time in class,” said Gonzalez.  “I try get as much homework done that I can so that I won’t have anything to do when I get home from practice.”

The volleyball most valuable player and steal leader on the LaVille girl’s basketball team has enjoyed being a student-athlete at LaVille and encourages anyone that wants to be a student-athlete to, “always try your best and never give up.  It has been very fun being a student-athlete at LaVille and I’ve learned a lot and will definitely miss it next year.”
