LAKEVILLE, IN. – Jacob Good has been selected the 2017-18 Lapaz Lions Club Male Athlete of the Year.

Good, a 2018 LaVille High School graduate, earned nine varsity letters.

Good participated in football, basketball, and golf.  He was selected All-Hoosier North Athletic Conference in football, basketball, and golf.

According to Good, his most memorable moments include winning the 2017 football sectional, 10-7, over Triton, winning the 2018 TCU Bi-County Basketball Championship, 52-42, over Oregon-Davis, getting a dunk in the TCU Bi-County Tournament, and he 2017-18 undefeated basketball regular season.

He is most thankful for the opportunities, teammates and coaches throughout the years.

“I would like to thank all the coaches and my teammates that I have had over the years, as well as the community for all the support,” concluded Good.  “LaVille is a school like no other. The support we get from the community is amazing. LaVille athletics has come a long way in my 4 years and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

Good also earned several other team and special awards, including:
