Multiple Teams · 2015 Summer Weights & Conditioning

All LaVille student athletes – boys and girls – are welcome to join the LaVille Athletic Staff to enhance their athletic abilities by taking part in the summer weight lifting and conditioning program.  The summer program is non-sport specific and will work on an individual’s physical strength, endurance, foot speed, jumping ability and mental toughness.  Please click the link below for a printable calendar:
